How To Use Our Proofing Basket:Do you wish your bread came out with that perfect golden crust and those nice rings? Look no further! Our proofing basket will help you make those beautiful and tasty artisan loaves with absolutely no hassle! Simply coat the banneton proofing basket with a small amount of flour and in the last stage of rising, place the dough in the proofing basket until it doubles its size. After the dough has been fermented, gently transfer it to the tray in the oven. The proofing basket wicks moisture away from the surface of the dough and makes that round and crispy crust. Also, it is less sticky, so you can easily and nicely remove the dough with less flour! After removing the bread, remember to keep the basket in a warm and dry place. Once dry, knock the banneton to release any loose flour and then use a stiff cleaning brush to remove excess flour.
